Low season rates Sept. 16 2023 - June 8, 2024:
$250 a night plus $100 cleaning fee
$1300 a week plus $125 cleaning fee
$2500 a month plus $200 cleaning fee
Maximum four person occupancy. Adult guests only.
No pets allowed. Strictly NO smoking permitted in condo or on balconies (smoking stations in parking area are provided)
Payment is by e-transfer or Paypal only.
Payment is due in full at time of booking . There is a 50% return policy if cancellation is within two weeks prior to the booking date. Once a booking is confirmed and the stay is paid in full, the guests will be issued pass codes to enter the building and suite.
Housekeeping occurs only at the end of your stay. If any additional housekeeping is desired, arrangements can be made for this, but at an extra cost to the guests.
Check in time : 4 PM. Check out: 11AM. For the value added pleasure of our guests, these times can be somewhat flexible but only if scheduling permits.
